WHAT IS TRANSFORM AND GROW?
Many of today’s supply chains have been previously optimized for scale and cost, but these strategies typically have a short shelf-life and need to be frequently reviewed in response to product lifecycle progression, unpredicted increases or reductions in product volumes, the introduction of product or technology innovation, market footprint changes and M&A activity. Changing market and channel dynamics can complicate the picture further.
